Sloppy Joe Sliders Recipe For Game Day Snacks
Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped yellow onion
1 (15-ounce) can tomato sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon ground mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
24 slider buns
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

– 1 pound floor beef
– 1/2 cup chopped onion
– half of cup chopped green bell pepper
– 1/4 cup chopped pink bell pepper
– 1/4 cup ketchup
– 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
– 1/4 cup brown sugar
– 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
– 1 teaspoon mustard powder
– half of teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/4 cup water

1. In a big skillet, brown the ground beef over medium warmth. Drain off any excess grease.
2. Add the onion and green bell pepper to the skillet and cook dinner till softened, about 5 minutes.
3. Stir in the tomato sauce, ketchup, mustard, brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer and prepare dinner for quarter-hour, or until the sauce has thickened.
4. To serve, spoon the sloppy joe mixture onto the slider buns.

Incorporate Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, ready mustard, and salt to the combination and bring it to a slight boil. Reduce the heat and gently simmer for quarter-hour, giving it an occasional stir.
– Take a slider bun and open it up. Spread 1-2 tablespoons of the beef combination onto each bun. Place a slice of Provolone cheese on high of the meat combination and place the highest of the bun back on.
– Brush the exterior of the slider buns with melted butter and place them on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
– Bake for 8-10 minutes at 350 levels F or till the cheese is melted and the buns are toasted.
