3 pounds russet potatoes, peeled and quartered
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup bitter cream
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

– Add onion, green pepper and celery to floor beef and saute till softened, about 5 minutes.

– Serve on toasted buns with mashed potatoes and gravy, if desired.
