Savory Sausage Frittatas: A One-Pan Breakfast Wonder

– 1 teaspoon chili powder
– half of teaspoon floor cumin
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Step 1: Prepare the Crust
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch (23 cm) quiche dish or pie plate.
In a medium bowl, combine the flour, salt, and pepper. Cut within the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Add the milk and stir till a dough forms. Press the dough into the ready dish and trim the perimeters.
Bake the crust for 15 minutes, or till golden brown.
