- 1 head of cabbage, shredded
- 1 bag of coleslaw mix
- 1/2 cup of chopped carrots
- 1/2 cup of chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup of chopped water chestnuts
- 1/2 cup of chopped bamboo shoots
- 1/2 cup of chopped mushrooms
- 1/2 cup of chopped celery
- 1/2 cup of chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 cup of chopped broccoli
- 1/2 cup of chopped cauliflower
- 1/2 cup of chopped zucchini
- 1/2 cup of chopped yellow squash
- 1 pound of ground turkey or chicken
- 1/2 cup of soy sauce
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of ginger powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of pink pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
For the Cilantro Lime Dressing:

-1/2 cup contemporary cilantro
-1/4 cup recent lime juice
-1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
-2 tablespoons water
-2 tablespoons rice vinegar
-1 tablespoon honey
-1 teaspoon grated lime zest
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
To Make the Egg Roll Bowl:
1. Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium warmth. Drain off any excess grease.
2. Add the cabbage, carrots, and water to the skillet. Cook, stirring often, until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
3. Stir within the soy sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil. Cook for 1 minute more.
4. Pour the mixture into a bowl and prime with the rice.
5. To make the cilantro lime dressing, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, cilantro, lime juice, and lime zest in a small bowl.
6. Drizzle the dressing over the Egg Roll Bowl Recipe roll bowl and serve.

– In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, cilantro, honey, salt, and pepper.
