Ingredients

For the Egg Roll Filling

1 cup thinly sliced green cabbage

1 cup thinly sliced carrots

1/2 cup thinly sliced red bell pepper

1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup hoisin sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon ground ginger

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

For the Sauce

Ingredients for the Sauce:

  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons floor ginger
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon purple pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions to Make the Egg Roll Bowl Keto Roll Filling:

Ingredients:

• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
• 8 ounces floor pork
• eight ounces ground chicken
• 1 onion, chopped
• 2 celery stalks, chopped
• 1 carrot, chopped
• 1/4 cup soy sauce
• 1/4 cup oyster sauce
• 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 2 eggs, overwhelmed
• half cup bean sprouts
• 1/4 cup shredded cabbage

Instructions:

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a big skillet over medium warmth.
  2. Add the ground pork and ground chicken to the skillet and prepare dinner till browned.
  3. Add the onion, celery, and carrot to the skillet and cook until softened.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and floor black pepper.
  5. Bring to a simmer and prepare dinner for 5 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
  6. Push the filling to 1 side of the skillet and pour within the eggs.
  7. Cook the eggs till scrambled.
  8. Stir the eggs into the filling.
  9. Add the bean sprouts and cabbage to the skillet and cook till wilted.

To Make the Sauce

1. In a small saucepan whisk to mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, rooster broth, teriyaki sauce, garlic, brown sugar, floor ginger, and sesame oil.

2. Bring to a boil over excessive heat, then scale back warmth to medium-low.

3. Simmer for five minutes, stirring sometimes, or till the sauce has thickened slightly.

To Assemble the Egg Roll Bowls

1. Layer components in the following order: rice, black beans, corn, pink pepper, and avocado.

2. Add your required quantity of dressing.

3. Top with crumbled tortilla chips and cilantro.
