Cinnamon Rolls With Maple Syrup Glaze: A Canadian Twist

1. In the bowl of a stand mixer, dissolve the yeast in the warm milk.
2. Let sit for five minutes, till the yeast is foamy.
3. Add the sugar, salt, and melted butter to the bowl.
4. Beat on low velocity for 1 minute, till mixed.
5. Add the eggs and beat on medium speed for 2 minutes, till mild and fluffy.
6. Gradually add the flour, beating on low speed until a dough types.
7. Turn the dough out onto a flippantly floured surface and knead for five minutes, till smooth and elastic.
8. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let rise in a heat place for 1 hour, or till doubled in dimension.
To Make the Filling:
In a large bowl, mix the brown sugar, cinnamon and flour.
Stir within the melted butter till the mixture varieties a paste.

5. Serve heat and enjoy!
