This hearty cabbage soup with chicken, pork and lots of vegetables  is a simple one pot meal. Great comfort food for a cold winter evening.
INGREDIENTS
3 medium carrots, chopped
2 leeks, chopped (whites only)
1 head cabbage, chopped
1 yellow pepper, chopped
15 oz. chicken breasts, 3 pieces
4 6 oz. pieces lean pork like pork loin (24 oz total)
2 cloves garlic
2 bay leafs
1/4 tsp cumin
1.5 oz brandy
8 cups of water
1 Knorr chicken bullion
salt
pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Chop meat into small chunks.
