– 1 cup chopped cabbage

– 1 cup chopped carrots

– 1 cup chopped green onions

– 1 cup chopped celery

– half of cup chopped water chestnuts

– half cup bean sprouts

– 1/4 cup soy sauce

– 2 tablespoons rice vinegar

– 1 tablespoon sugar

– 1 teaspoon cornstarch

– 1/4 cup vegetable oil

– 1 bundle (8 ounces) egg roll wrappers

– 2 cups shredded cabbage

– 2 cups shredded carrots

– 2 cups shredded lettuce
