Cinnamon Roll Monkey Bread: Pull-Apart Perfection

- 2/3 cup sugar

- In a big bowl, whisk collectively the good and cozy milk, sugar, and yeast. Let stand for five minutes, till the yeast is foamy.

- Add the flour, 1 cup at a time, stirring until a dough varieties. The dough will be sticky.

- Place the dough in a flippantly greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let rise in a heat place for 1 hour, or until doubled in dimension.
- In a small bowl, combine the sugar, cinnamon, and brown sugar.
- In a small bowl, whisk collectively the confectioners’ sugar and milk until smooth.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Punch down the dough and divide it into 36 equal pieces.
- Roll each bit of dough into a ball and dip it in the cinnamon filling.
- Place the dough balls within the ready baking pan, nestling them close collectively.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool for 10 minutes, then drizzle with the glaze.

Instructions
For the Cinnamon Sugar Mixture
In a small bowl, combine 1/4 cup sugar and a couple of teaspoons ground cinnamon. Roll the dough balls in the cinnamon sugar mixture and place them in the ready bundt pan.
For the Glaze
INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE GLAZE:
1. In a medium bowl, whisk collectively the powdered sugar, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon till easy and well combined.
2. Pour the glaze over the warm monkey bread and let it drizzle down the edges, coating all the pieces.
3. Serve the monkey bread heat, with further glaze for dipping, if desired.
