Ingredients

Instructions

To make the cupcakes:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.

In a large bowl, whisk collectively the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, brown sugar, oil, eggs, and sour cream until clean.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry elements and whisk till just combined. Do not overmix.

Fill the prepared muffin cups about 2/3 full.

Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.

Allow the cupcakes to cool within the pan for a couple of minutes before transferring to a wire rack to chill utterly.
