Ingredients
2 cups watermelon balls or chunks 1/2 watermelon
2 cups cantaloupe balls or chunks 1/2 cantaloupe
1 cup blueberries
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup fresh chopped mint leaves
Instructions
Using a melon ball spoon, make watermelon and cantaloupe balls or simply chop into bite size chunks.
Add them to a large serving bowl with blueberries.
In a small bowl whisk lemon juice and honey together.
Toss with fruit.
Add chopped mint.
Stir gently and refrigerate.
Serve chilled or room temperature.
Makes about 5 cups.
