Is our health worth quitting the fine crabs world and opt for a few green more? Let’s bake some zucchini fries with cheese and see!
As I lately have a little time, I was browsing on the web yesterday. Trying to get new, exciting thoughts, inspirational meals that I’ve never used before, to impress my loved ones with. Looking for quite some time yet couldn’t come across too many interesting things. Just before I wanted to give up on it, I came across this tempting and simple treat by luck at Suncakemom. The dessert looked so mouth-watering on its photos, it required fast actions.
It had been not so difficult to imagine how it is made, its taste and just how much boyfriend will probably love it. Actually, it is very easy to impress him in terms of desserts. Yes, I am a lucky one. Or maybe he is.Anyway, I went to the webpage and followed the simple instuctions that had been combined with superb photographs of the procedure. It really makes life rather easy. I could imagine that it is a slight inconvenience to take photographs in the midst of baking in the kitchen because you normally have gross hands so that i highly appreciate the hard work she put in to make this blogpost .
With that said I’m empowered presenting my very own recipe in a similar fashion. Many thanks the idea.
I was fine tuning the main formula create it for the taste of my loved ones. I have to mention it was a terrific success. They prized the taste, the thickness and loved getting a delicacy like this in the middle of a stressful workweek. They basically wanted even more, many more. So the next time I’m not going to make the same mistake. I am gonna double the volume to get them pleased.
This Zucchini Fries Baked originally from Suncakemom.
Halve the zucchinis then lengthwise cut them into 4 vertically and horizontally so we’ll have 8 slices.
Sprinkle salt and mix it well with the zucchini. Let it sit for about 15 minutes.
Whisk the egg and dunk the zucchini slices into the egg.
Let the zucchinis drip off excess egg before proceeding to the cheesing.
Roll the egged zucchinis into the grated cheese lightly.
Place the zucchinis onto a parchment papered baking tray. We can place them fairly close to each other as they won’t grow in size.
We can opt for the less streneous method of carelessly mixing everything together and dumping the whole thing onto the parchment layered baking tray but the results will be linear to the invested efforts.
Bake the zucchinis in a 400°F / 200°C oven until the cheese gets golden brown spots for about 30 minutes.
