Caprese Salad-Inspired Stuffed Chicken
Ingredients
For the chicken:
-2 (4-ounce) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
-1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, plus more as wanted
-1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
-2-3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, divided
For the stuffing:
INGREDIENTS FOR THE STUFFING:
– 1 cup contemporary mozzarella, minimize into small cubes
– half of cup contemporary basil leaves, chopped
– 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– Salt and pepper to taste

• 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
• 1 tablespoon dried oregano
• 1 tablespoon dried basil
• 1 teaspoon salt
• half teaspoon black pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
To prepare the chicken:
1. Preheat oven to four hundred degrees F (200 degrees C).
2. Rinse chicken breasts and pat dry.
3. In a shallow bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, basil, and bread crumbs.
4. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
5. Dip chicken breasts in egg and then coat with the Parmesan mixture.

1. In a large skillet, warmth the olive oil over medium warmth.
2. Add the onion and cook dinner until softened, about 5 minutes.
