Orange Zest Cinnamon Pull-Apart Bread
Ingredients
3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 giant egg
1 tablespoon grated orange zest
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon floor cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk

– 1/2 cup mild brown sugar
– 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
– half cup chopped unsalted pecans
– 1/4 cup chopped dried cranberries
– 1/4 cup orange zest

Instructions, Step 1: Make the Dough
– In a large bowl, whisk collectively the nice and cozy water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes, until the yeast is foamy.

Instructions, Step three: Assemble the Bread
- Spread 1/3 cup melted butter into the underside of a 9×13 inch pan.
- Line the pan with four pieces of French bread.
- Spread half of of the remaining melted butter into the bread.
- Sprinkle 1/4 cup of the orange zest and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon over the bread.
- Layer with four more items of bread.
- Repeat the layering process, using the remaining melted butter, orange zest, and Cinnamon pull apart bread.
- Top with the remaining 4 pieces of bread.
4. Bake the Bread
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or till the tops are golden brown.
- Let cool within the pan for 10 minutes earlier than inverting onto a wire rack to chill utterly.
