Zesty Lemon-Pepper Chicken Gravy
Ingredients
For the chicken:
– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– half of teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
– Salt and black pepper to taste
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
For the gravy:
– 2 tablespoons butter
– 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
– 2 cups chicken broth
– 1/4 cup dry white wine
– 1/4 cup recent lemon juice
– 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
– half teaspoon salt
– 1 tablespoon chopped contemporary parsley
Instructions
To make the chicken:
Preheat an air fryer to four hundred degrees F (200 levels C).
Season chicken thighs in a bowl with lemon-pepper seasoning, salt, and pepper. Add a drizzle of olive oil and toss to coat.
Place chicken thighs in the air fryer basket and cook dinner for 10 minutes per aspect, or until cooked through.
