1 complete head of garlic, unpeeled
2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
To Roast the Garlic:
1. Preheat oven to four hundred levels F (200 levels C).
2. Cut the top half inch off of a head of garlic.
3. Drizzle with olive oil and place on a piece of aluminum foil.

3. Gradually whisk the water and flour mixture into the simmering juices till thickened. Cook for 1-2 minutes, whisking continually until heated through.
4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
