Llow carb pizza

Although few of us are Italian, giving up pizza when going on a low carb diet is like shattering our soul. Luckily though, in low carb pizza there is hope!

As I recently have a little time, I had been surfing on the web last week. On the lookout for new, stirring tips, inspirational recipes that We have never tested before, to impress my loved ones with. Searching for quite some time but could not find too many interesting things. Just before I wanted to give up on it, I stumbled on this tempting and easy dessert simply by chance on Suncakemom. The dessert seemed so delightful on its pic, that required rapid action.

It had been not so difficult to imagine how it’s made, how it tastes and just how much boyfriend will want it. Mind you, it is rather easy to keep happy the guy in terms of puddings. Anyhow, I visited the page and followed the precise instuctions which were accompanied by wonderful pictures of the procedure. It really makes life rather easy. I could suppose it’s a slight hassle to take photos down the middle of cooking in the kitchen as you normally have sticky hands and so i sincerely appreciate the time and energy she devote to make this post and recipe conveniently followed.

With that in mind I am empowered presenting my own recipes in the same way. Appreciate your the thought.

I was tweaking the original formula create it for the taste of my loved ones. I must say it absolutely was an awesome outcome. They prized the taste, the thickness and enjoyed having a sweet such as this in the middle of a lively workweek. They basically requested lots more, many more. Hence the next time I am not going to make the same mistake. I am gonna double the amount to get them delighted.

Preheat the oven to 350°F / 180°C.

Measure the mozzarella and the cream cheese into a bowl.

Put them into the microwave until they melt together for about 90 seconds on maximum power. Halfway through take the bowl out and stir them around a bit.(In case of missing microwave warm them over hot water, similarly to chocolate)

While the Cheese melts beat up the eggs quickly.

Mix in the Coconut flour.

Mix the melted cheese in, too. This is going to be a bit tough. As the cheese cools off, it’s going to be even harder. Luckily, we can put the whole thing back to the microwave for a couple of seconds to reheat it if necessary.

Mix until our dough becomes even consistency.

Cut out a pizza size circle shape from parchment paper and put the dough in the middle of the parchment paper.

Place another parchment paper on top. This doesn’t need to be circle shaped.

Spread out the dough to the size of the circle shaped parchment paper.

Take the top parchment paper off.

Correct any mistakes on our future crust.

Place the low-carb pizza dough into a 350°F / 180°C preheated oven for 15 – 25 minutes.
